How does this work?
Step 1: Meet and Great
The first step with every client is to understand
how Art-2-Part can best help you, and what
you need - not only technically, but also the
scope of your involvement, your schedule, and
your budget. These discussions do not cost you
anything and there is absolutely no obligation.
In cases for which Art-2-Part may not be the
best fit for your needs, alternative solutions
will be recommended.
Step 2: Proposal Submission
Once Art-2-Part has heard what you need and
asked a few questions, a proposal will be
written outlining project scope, project
deliverables, how much it will cost, and how
long it will take. The proposal will reflect
Art-2-Part's understanding of how you can best
be helped, but if it is off the mark, it will be
revised accordingly provided constructive
feedback is given. Again, a proposal does not
cost you anything, and you are under no
obligated to work with Art-2-Part until you have
approved a proposal.
Step 3: Work Commences
Once a proposal has been signed, work begins
toward your deliverables. Art-2-Part will
communicate as much as required during the
project to ensure work progresses efficiently
and your latest requirements are
accommodated. Day to day interactions are
typically handled via email when possible and
phone when necessary, 2D tangibles such as
sketches, prints, analyses, etc, via secure FTP,
and 3D deliverables such as protos and
validation builds via in person design reviews.
Have an immediate issue that requires mutual
interaction, no problem - Art-2-Part has
invested in the latest tools to enable online
interactive multimedia communication in which
client and firm can see and interact with each
other's PCs.
My project involves sensitive information. Can
I be assured this information will remain
confidential if I work with Art-2-Part?
Can I keep Art-2-Part's role in my project
confidential?

results?
